- Adds source roles, authorization boundaries, script safety and reporting rules.
The tool and content providers
Origo X is a general reading tool for imported files and user-configured content services. Origo X first-party services do not host, edit or sell books reached through third-party sources, and parsing, search or reading features do not transfer rights in that content to Origo X.
Source rules, scripts, website addresses and sessions may come from you, a community or another party. Unless explicitly identified as official, Origo X does not promise their availability, security, content, authorization or maintenance.
Scripts, sign-in and security
A source can make network requests, parse web pages and use the sign-in state for its website. Before importing, inspect its origin, domains, script behavior and credentials. Avoid unknown configurations or those requesting unnecessary sensitive information.
Third-party sites can see your connection IP, requests and client information needed to respond. You and the site manage its account, cookies, tokens, verification codes and payment credentials. Never place passwords, codes or keys in a public source. Disable the source and secure related credentials if requests, redirects, certificates or account activity look abnormal.
Reports and action
If a link or description in an official channel contains malicious behavior, personal credentials, misleading claims or a specific infringement issue, provide a verifiable link and a description without sensitive information through the public support channel. Do not publicly post accounts, book text, cookies, keys or complete credentials.
We may remove material with security, authorization or maintenance problems from official catalogs, examples or recommendations. Removing an official entry does not erase copies on user devices or content hosted by a third-party site.
