Complete theme asset inventory

V4 is the current protocol. New works may include launch screens alongside app artwork, palettes, reader themes and fonts. Legacy V1/V2/V3 packages remain readable. Import saves a copy; application is explicit. Current manifest · Historical V1.

Modules and resource roles

V4 components.skin reuses all 80 semantic icon slots below, plus optional artwork.pageBackground, artwork.navigation, artwork.launchScreen, artwork.launchScreenLandscape and iconScale. Palette light/dark appearances live in components.palette; reader paper, review artwork, information bar styling, comment cards and bounded opening animations live in components.reader; licensed TTF/OTF resources and roles live in components.fonts. These four entries are storage containers rather than user-selectable modules; include only the containers the work needs.

Use seed or a complete three-color set per palette appearance, with optional topBar button colors. Images use packaged assets/ paths. Prefer 128 or 192 pixel icons for large sets and keep artwork quiet behind text. Missing icon states use existing fallbacks. See the real generated contract for role-specific budgets.

All 80 icon slots

Examples come from the official template; see its Apache-2.0 license and asset attribution. Replace them consistently for your own theme or retain required attribution.

Every slot uses the same four-state structure. Names are case sensitive. The example home maps to home.png, home-dark.png, home-selected.png, and home-selected-dark.png; you may change paths if you update the manifest too.

Boundaries and checks

The App owns launcher icons, glass/solid preferences, geometry, books, covers, accounts and vendor marks. Fonts and reader paper remain supported modules. Keep accurate action semantics and licenses.
