Slow or failed downloads
Check the platform, architecture and network, then retry the official link. Previous packages are in Releases. Compare the matching SHA-256 for damaged files. App Store problems may also involve your Apple account or system network.
Import or reading feels slow
Try a smaller TXT or EPUB and note its format, size, system, app version and exact slow action. Do not delete originals, uninstall or clear data as a first step. Font or window changes trigger layout work; distinguish initial layout from later opening.
Sign in or membership mismatch
Check you are using the account that made the purchase or redemption, then retry verification. Network failure does not mean entitlements disappeared. Report time, platform, version and error text without passwords, codes, recovery codes or full purchase credentials.
Send a reproducible report
Use Feedback to describe steps, expected behavior and actual behavior. Hide email addresses, invitation codes and private details in screenshots. A minimal nonprivate sample helps with file issues. See the Privacy policy.
